LEX - the game of small words App Reviews

This is really the only game I play. I love it. But. I do not ever get double letters available and therefore cannot meet the letter challenges. Frustrating.

This minimalistic word game is by far my favorite game on iOS. I play it every day and each day I keep on getting a little bit better and better. I struggle with spelling in school and I have found that this game helps a lot. I would recommend this game to anyone.

Great game to play when theres no one to play with!

I love this app. I think that it is so simple and fun much like the other simple machine games. One thing that I love is the letter challenges however there are often issues with completing them for instance I was working on the letter "B" and one of the three challenges has you start and end a word with a "B" however I played for over an hour today and I never had two "B"s at a time making it impossible to complete the challenge so some sort of patch would be great to help get those challenges completed so I dont have to wait another month for an opportunity to complete it. I would recommend this game to anyone and have gifted it to several people!!! Its great and I wish the simple machine nothing but luck and a great future of app development.

Great concept, but the app loses some functionality after hitting the play again button. I have to close it and clear it out to actually play again. Often I just put it down. Also, and more frustrating are some of the Daily Letter challenges. Some require double letters, but the game never gives more than one of each letter. My advice, fix the challenge, not the letter provisions.

Very fast, fun, play it every day. Please fix the glitch where it asks for double letters in a word, but two of the same letter never show up on the tile rack.

I agree with the other reviewers. I really enjoy this game, but its tendency to abruptly quit or be unresponsive is frustrating. If those glitches were worked out, this would be one of my favorite games!

This is a great word game! The music, the dynamic and pressure to find as many words as you. A game to Challenge ones self!

This game is lots of fun and really quite challenging. If you are good at Scrabble this should be quite easy. For the rest of us, who thought we were good spellers, the qs, xs, and us can cause problems -- although I often get caught up on other letters.

I really enjoy the game. Fast paced, learning, intense joy!

Starts out slow, rapidly increasing to a pace beyond challenging‼️ Each round is unique; each score motivating. A competitive force of self-battling-self brings out the primordial ooze that builds Word Warriors out of Boggle Heads and Scrabble nerds (of which I am both). Be the most interesting person in the world. You might not WordIt every day but when you do, Lex it!

This game has been fun to play until the last few months. Many of the letter of the day challenges require spelling a word containing two of the daily letter. These challenges are impossible to complete as the game never gives you more than one of the daily letter at a time. For the letter R, you need to spell 10 words with two Rs. No fun even trying when you cant even get one word with two Rs! If this issue were fixed, as well as the glitch that causes the game to occasionally freeze after completing a round, I would have no problem giving it a 4 or 5 star rating.

I play this all the time. More challenging and rewarding than the other one I play that rhymes with toggle :+)

This is a fun game to play against yourself that doesnt take a lot of time. It is addicting, and the tension builds when you see the letters fill up. Highly recommended for anyone who likes games like scrabble.
